01 Introduction & Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the tck33 platform and all its services. By creating an account on tck33 or using this site, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. Therefore, it is mandatory to read this document completely and carefully before you start using the site.

tck33 is an online betting and casino platform operated for adult players in Bangladesh. We are committed to ensuring a safe, transparent, and responsible environment. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the user and tck33.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same person, household, or device is strictly prohibited. If evidence of multiple accounts is found, tck33 reserves the right to immediately close all accounts and confiscate the associated funds.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — such as name, date of birth, address, and contact details — must be completely accurate and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account cancellation.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

tck33 may request identity verification documents from a user at any time. Withdrawal privileges may be temporarily suspended until this process is completed. Required documents may include a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification.

03 Account Security & Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your tck33 account login details, password, and any security codes completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.

• Sharing or transferring your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• All transactions and bets placed from your account will be considered your own.
• Keep your password strong and unique, and change it regularly.
• tck33 will not be liable for any loss arising from third-party access.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

Accepted methods for depositing funds into tck33 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods & Timeframe

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawal requests must be made using only the same payment method that was used for the deposit.

4.3 Third-Party Payments

Depositing funds from a payment account registered in another person's name is strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is identified, tck33 reserves the right to hold the relevant funds and investigate the account.

05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

tck33 offers a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, for a total of ৳2,500. Alternatively, depositing ৳28,000 makes the maximum ৳20,000 bonus applicable, for a total of ৳48,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not combined with the deposit. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳22,500 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions. The terms stated at the time the offer is announced apply.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or exchanged with any third party.
• Bonuses apply only to eligible deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer.
• tck33 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If abuse of bonus benefits is identified, the account and associated bonuses will be cancelled.

5.4 VIP Programme

tck33's VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%), and Platinum (up to 1.2%). It is possible to gradually advance to higher tiers by playing regularly and responsibly. Additional benefits and rewards are added at each tier.

06 Betting & Gameplay Rules

6.1 Betting Limits

Specific minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and bet type. These limits are displayed in the game interface. When a bonus is active, betting limits may differ — in that case, the conditions of the relevant bonus apply.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game result is affected by a server error, disconnection, or any other technical reason, tck33 reserves the right to void that bet and refund the staked amount. Player claims will not be considered in such cases.

6.3 Game Integrity

tck33 is committed to ensuring fair play. Any form of cheating, collusion, bot use, or gaining an unfair advantage through software is strictly prohibited. If such activity is identified, the account will be immediately closed.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tck33 platform:

• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing other users or engaging in dishonest conduct.
• Allowing minors to use an account.
• Using the platform for false, misleading, or illegal purposes.

If any of the above activities are identified, tck33 reserves the right to close the account without notice, confiscate funds, and take legal action if necessary.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 tck33's Rights

In the event of any breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or a need for investigation, tck33 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice.

8.2 Closure at User's Request

If a user wishes to close their account, they may contact our support team. Self-exclusion or a temporary break is also available under our responsible gaming policy.

8.3 Return of Funds

Upon account closure, the usable balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, unless confiscation applies due to a breach. Bonus balances are not always refundable.

09 Responsible Gaming
